High-Density Data Center Cabling
With strong OEM and customization capabilities, OPTICO provides high density fiber optic cabling solutions tailored to data center and AI infrastructure requirements. Our portfolio includes high density patch panels, MTP®/MPO trunk and breakout cables, fiber optic cabinets, Fiber Shuffle optical backplanes, and flexible ribbon cable assemblies.
From rack cabling to compact optical interconnections, we support customized fiber counts, connector configurations, cable lengths, and fiber mapping. These solutions help customers manage complex fiber routing, simplify deployment, and optimize space utilization. Custom Fiber Shuffle designs also support CPO/NPO and GPU cluster interconnections, addressing demanding fiber routing and space constraints.
Extensive Product Portfolio
OPTICO supplies connector kits, ferrules, and assembled connectors for fiber optic cable assembly and connector manufacturing. Our portfolio includes MT ferrules, connector housings, guide pins, and related accessories, with options to suit different fiber counts, cable structures, and assembly requirements.
Automated Polishing Systems
Through Phoenix GT, an OPTICO Group subsidiary, we develop automated MTP®/MPO polishing systems for fiber optic connector manufacturing. Our solutions support controlled polishing pressure, time, and movement, with cleaning and inspection integration to improve end face consistency and production efficiency. We also provide customized fixtures, installation, commissioning, operator training, and after sales support to meet different production requirements.
Integrated Fiber Optic Solutions
