Terminal Box
The function of the splice box is to connect two sections of optical cables. The terminal box is the place where the end of the optical cable is connected, and then it is connected to the optical switch through the optical fiber jumper. Therefore, the terminal box is usually installed on a 19-inch rack, which can accommodate a large number of fiber optic cable ends. As the carrier of information transmission, the terminal box uses optical fiber hardware as the information transmission medium, which has become an important pillar of modern communication. Terminal boxes are widely used in local telephone, rural telephone network systems, data and image transmission systems, CATV cable television series, used for direct connection and branch connection of indoor optical cables, and play the role of pigtail storage and protection of the joints. It is made of rolled steel plate and sprayed with plastic, with reasonable design structure and beautiful appearance, which can fix the fiber optic cable reinforcement core at the terminal.
