The additional capacity of this expansion will be used to better meet the needs of cloud service providers, content providers and enterprise customers. According to the plan, Rack Centre will add an additional 6,500 square feet of space, which is equivalent to 604 square meters. Ayotunde Coker, managing director of Rack Centre, said that the Lagos campus is a digital infrastructure center for West Africa and Central and West Africa, halving the data transmission delay from South Africa to Europe and the United States.

In addition, the Lagos Park also benefits from the ability to directly connect with multiple submarine optical cables serving the South Atlantic coast of Africa and the Atlantic coast of Africa, further improving the efficiency of interaction with overseas markets.
