Yongding Optoelectronics, a subsidiary of Yongding Corporation, has announced 50GHz DWDM TFF, a thin-film filter for dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM) applications, with the industry's narrowest channel spacing of 50GHz.
The newly developed filter is based on the 50GHz ITU-T channel spacing and covers the C or L band wavelength range, and can be customized in the optical communication wavelength range of 1260~1620nm. The design working temperature is industrial grade -40℃～+85℃, and the wavelength temperature shift is controlled below 0.02nm in the whole temperature range, which can work under the harsh temperature environment. The products are designed for the WDM market and can be widely used in N×10G/25G/100G/200G/400G OADM, OTN and CRAN ORAN communication network nodes.
