Operation Instructions And Precautions:

(1) Preparation before use:

a. Prepare anhydrous alcohol and dust-free wipe paper.

b. If possible, prepare a portable optical fiber magnifier (at least 200 times) used in the project. c. Reserve some related standard tests and standard adapters.

d. Put on clean finger cots when possible.

Matters Needing Attention During Use

A. After unpacking the product, check whether the product is damaged.

B. Check the product channel for dust-proof protective equipment.

c. Select the corresponding fiber connector according to the model of the product. Clean the end of the fiber connector before connecting. When cleaning, the wiping paper (at least 3 layers or more) dipped in alcohol should be laid flat on the table. When wiping, wipe it in one direction along the angle of the ceramic surface, and it should not be wiped back and forth to prevent damage to the end surface.

d. After cleaning, distinguish the input and output ports, and then remove the dust-proof device of the product to be used, and assemble the connector. Please pay attention to the installation (take SC type as an example) as follows: Install the connector so that the key surface of the connector is consistent with the notch surface of the adapter, and then insert it horizontally along the adapter. When you hear the sound of "click", then observe whether the white wire on the connector is flush with the edge of the adapter. If it is flat, it means the card is locked in place.

Then connect the input end and each output end to the test system in turn to determine whether the optical index meets the requirements. For other types of connectors, they need to be installed in place according to the actual model.
