The 980/1550nm IWDM Hybrid is an integrated wavelength division multiplexing (IWDM) optical component designed for use in fiber optic communication systems. This hybrid device combines the function of 980/1550nm WDM and fiber optic isolator into one compact package. It is commonly used for long-haul transmission applications, such as pump lasers and optical amplifiers, where simultaneous amplification and signal transmission are needed.
